Waist beads made with stretch cord is removable and can be used to track weight but will have to be adjusted from time to time.

Waist beads made with nylon string is permanent or semi- permanent and is better for weight loss.

PLEASE measure your waist around desired area. I do recommend using a flexible/ soft measuring tape, but if you do not have , it’s ok ! Use a string/ shoe lace, mark the spot that feels right and measure with a straight measuring tape or ruler. Do not suck in when measuring waist, take a deep breath in and when exhaling use that measurement, or measure when sitting down! If waist beads are too tight they will end up rolling up to undesired spot on waist.
