Carnelian and Amethyst Waist Bead

This crystal waist bead is made with semi-precious amethyst and carnelian chip stones and gold glass seed beads and it is great to use during meditation.

Amethyst balances the Crown chakra( 7th chakra) and it is and protection stone.

Carnelian balances the Sacral Chakra (2nd Chakra). It is great for healing the womb, and inspiring creativity.



You can choose between stretch and nylon string.

Waist beads made with stretch cord is removable and can be used to track weight but will have to be adjusted from time to time.

Waist beads made with nylon string is permanent or semi- permanent and is better for weight loss.

If waist size isn’t left , then beads will default to 50 inches.

PLEASE measure your waist around desired area. I do recommend using a flexible/ soft measuring tape, but if you do not have one no biggie! Use a string/ shoe lace, mark the spot that feels right and measure with a straight measuring tape or ruler. Do not suck in when measuring waist, take a deep breath in and when exhaling use that measurement, or measure when sitting down! If waist beads are too tight they will end up rolling up to undesired spot on waist.
